Captain Rodney's Boucan Cheese Bake
Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayo

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

1/2 cup any flavor Captain Rodney's glaze

2 green onions, chopped
-
6 Ritz crackers, crushed

6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
Directions:

Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onions, half the bacon and ¼ cup Captain Rodney’s Glaze in a quiche pan. Top with crackers and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Top with remaining bacon and Captain Rodney’s Pepper Glaze.

3 Pepper Blast Dip
Ingredients:

1 jar of Sable & Rosenfeld 3 Pepper Blast

8 oz softened cream cheese
-
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation:

Blend the 3 Pepper Blast with the softened cream cheese.

Once the 3 Pepper Blast and cream cheese are well blended, add in the sharp cheese and fold.

Serve on crackers, in Sable & Rosenfeld Party Cups or with tortilla chips.
